Congressman John Lewis to speak in Oakland

The Freedom Center is honored to host Congressman John Lewis (D-GA), longtime civil rights warrior, in Oakland on April 21.  Congressman Lewis will speak as part of the Barbara Lee and Elihu Harris Lecture Series.  The Series invites Civil Rights dignitaries for inspired conversations on Dr. King’s eternal question:  Where do we go from here, Chaos or Community?
