The Barbara Lee and Elihu Harris Lecture Series, a program of Merritt College and the Martin Luther King Jr Freedom Center, invites you or your company to sponsor these historic events. The next installment on February 9, brings Bob Zellner, formerly of SNCC and Jack O’Dell, formerly with SCLC to Oakland. Later in the spring, Civil Rights icon Congressman John Lewis will join us.
