The Freedom Center was honored to join Congresswoman Barbara Lee and Congressman John Lewis on the 12th Congressional Civil Rights Pilgrimage to Alabama.

The Pilgrimage brings members of Congress together with Civil Rights dignitaries to visit, honor and carry forward the Freedom Struggle. The Freedom Center delegation carried Oakland and the East Bay with them as they made this transformative journey to Alabama.
